What is it?

Clay Pigeon Shooting is the practice of shooting moving targets with a shotgun. Targets vary in size, flight style and flight location (birds or rabbits).

What's involved?

We usually meet at Spitfire Shooting Ground but are always open to trying new places. Shooters have their own personal preference between a double-barrel or semi-auto shotguns, either are suitable.

What's next?

Typically the club shoot on the first Saturday of the month, either in the morning or the afternoon depending on the time of year. The club has an active group of members who love to get together for shoots.
